This is an in-person training course at a local hotel training room. Max capacity: 6-8 students (to offer the best learning quality with an instructor). Training time varies based on the student's learning speed and can take more hours than the scheduled time if needed. Training times: Day 1: 9am-5pm, Day 2: 9am-3pm. We dedicate time to each student to guarantee the proper training and successful certification.

- Option 1: $500 USD deposit. The remaining balance of $2,450 USD must be paid in cash on the 1st day of the class or with your credit card no later than 3 days before the class date.
- Option 2: Full payment of $2,950 USD.
Upon submitting the registration payment, we will email you a request to register on our online student portal and complete the required registration forms. You will have complimentary access to the online course material so you can start learning before the day of the training. The office will call you to give you all training location details.

All learning materials and professional equipment will be issued on the first day of class. A printed certificate of completion will be given at the end of the training. All payments submitted for training are non-refundable but may be applicable to another training date or course and will expire 6 months after the date paid.
The Hyaluronic Pen Kit includes the manual pen, 6 boxes of filler, 15 ampules, and 1 Hydro-DermLift vial. This HA pen is easily disinfected for multiple uses with clients and the ampule tips are sterile and disposable making it easy to use and discard after treatment.

Return Policy: Online training courses are non-refundable but may be applicable to another training course and has an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase. If you received defective merchandise or an incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will be happy to assist you and send out a replacement if necessary. Please be aware, that we have a 7-day return policy after initial communication. Once the returned item is received please allow at least 15 days to inspect the condition of your item to process your exchange. Any action required for items with functionality problems will not be done until the goods are returned to us for inspection. We will make a thorough assessment to determine whether your return is valid or not. If the products delivered do not match your order, we will arrange the return of the goods. Any other shipping costs related to returns are always the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.
