Return Policy: If you received defective merchandise or incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact email@example.com within 24hrs of you receiving the goods. We will be happy to assist you and send out a replacement if necessary. Please be aware, we have a 7-day return policy after initial communication. Once the returned item is received please allow at least 15 days to inspect the condition of your item to process your exchange. Any action required for items with functionality problems will not be done until goods are returned to us for inspection. We will make a thorough assessment to determine whether your return is valid or not. If the products delivered do not match your order, we will arrange the return of the goods. Any other shipping costs related to returns are always the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be postmarked within 30days of the purchase date, in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, our return policy only applies to unused damaged products.
