Return Policy: Online and In-person training courses are non-refundable but may be applicable to another training course and have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase. If your merchandise is defective or received an incorrect item, contact [email protected] within 24hrs of product delivery. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund. Once the returned item is received please allow at least 7 days to inspect the condition of your item to process your exchange. Any action required for items with functionality problems will not be done until the goods are returned to us for inspection. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.
